Asteria has psionic abilities.. and I use it almost totally with her.. and dont feel that it lessens the quality of rp...I also spent 3 months with her in training to gain and accelerated her psionic...

*nods* I am currently doing one year of training, specificly designed to improve my understanding of magic. This would be one way of strengthing the mind, through intense study that challenges the mind.

I am currently spending one year in complete training. Training my mind to understand magic, which I believe also improves the strength agaisnt mental attacks. Something that stretches your mind.
